Carrie Carlson oversees Human Resources and Technology at Senior Helpers, drawing from a successful background in education and technology. With over 20 years in public schools and experience in tech roles at IBM, Carrie streamlines operations to maximize focus on client care. A strong advocate for helping seniors age in place, she is excited to be part of the Senior Helpers team. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys hiking, singing, and spending time with her family.
Director of Care Coordination
With nearly a decade at Senior Helpers, Jannine Graham brings warmth and extensive healthcare experience to her role. She began her career as a CNA, EMT, and Alzheimer’s unit manager, and has a deep understanding of Alzheimer’s care. Jannine is passionate about connecting caregivers and clients, creating meaningful bonds that enhance quality of life. She treasures time with her family, including her husband, six children, and grandchildren.
Client Services Manager
Grace Hoepker is the friendly face of Senior Helpers, meeting new clients and their families to ensure seamless introductions and ongoing support. With a B.S. in Gerontology and a commitment to dignified care, Grace’s mission is to support families through every step of their journey. In her free time, she enjoys road trips, camping, and spending time with her grandparents, who inspired her career path.
Recruiting and Hiring Coordinator
Nancy Branton is dedicated to hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers who can make a difference in seniors' lives. With personal experience caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s and a professional background in HR, Nancy brings empathy and expertise to her role. She holds degrees in Sociology and Industrial Organizational Psychology and enjoys visiting her family in Colorado.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager
With over 30 years of marketing experience, Marylou Hay brings strategic insight and creativity to Senior Helpers. She is passionate about building brand connections through social media and digital marketing. Marylou joined Senior Helpers to help raise awareness about quality in-home senior care, aligning with her commitment to making a positive impact in her community. Outside work, she values the collaborative team environment at Senior Helpers.
